    Real Estate License Requirements by State

    While there are many differences in the real estate license requirements of each state, most have similar requirements. Some states offer license reciprocity while others do not. In general, however, you can use your license in other states without taking additional courses. In addition, some states have reciprocity agreements, so you can operate as a real estate agent in other states without taking additional courses. In some cases, you can even operate in more than one state with the same license, as long as you complete the state’s taraftarium24.

    For example, in Delaware, you must be 18 years old and complete 99 hours of real estate classes before applying for your license. You can also waive any convictions you might have had when you were a minor. In Delaware, real estate licenses expire on April 30 on even years. After you earn your license, you need to complete a minimum of 21 hours of post-license education during your first renewal period, and a further twenty-four hours during the second.

    Before you can apply for your real estate license, you must meet all the requirements of your state’s licensing board mezoka.
